Sending money out of India - from an NRO account, sale proceeds, inheritance, gifts or business payments - requires Form 15CA, and often a Chartered Accountant’s certificate in Form 15CB, along with FEMA compliance. We certify, file and coordinate the entire remittance smoothly.
Whatever you are sending abroad and from wherever it arises, we determine the taxability, issue the certificate, file the form and coordinate with your banker so the money moves cleanly.

Form 15CB is the CA’s certificate on the taxability and correct withholding of a remittance; Form 15CA is the declaration filed by the remitter on the portal, often based on the 15CB. Many remittances need both.
From an NRO account, up to USD 1 million per financial year can generally be repatriated, subject to taxes being paid and documentation in order. Other routes and limits may apply depending on the nature of funds, which we advise on.
Yes. Where a Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement applies and you hold a valid Tax Residency Certificate, the withholding rate can often be reduced. We apply the treaty benefit correctly in the 15CB.
With the documents in hand, we can usually certify and file quickly. Timing then depends on your bank’s processing, which we help move along through coordination.
We charge transparent, agreed professional fees based on the remittance and the work involved, discussed upfront.
